I had an issue like this a couple of weeks ago and I kept clickint the next button but for Christ sake it never took me to the next page lol. I've tried every suggestion below, accept for the different screen reader option. I will try that in six months when I have to revisit this website. Lol. Yes, there are occasionally sites that don't respond to the normal button click with Jaws. I try the following in kind of this order if I can't access the button with spacebar: 1. Use forms list insert-f5 and find the button and hit enter. 2. Try to left-click the button using mouse emulation from the Jaws review screen. 3. Try convenient OCR'ing the page and if you hear the OCR voice read something that sounds like the button you want, left-click that. 4. Try a different screen-reader i.e. NVDA, Window-eyes demo, System Access virtual mouse. Sometimes another screen-reader will read a control that Jaws can't and vice versa. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joanne" <houseofmusic3...@gmail.com> To: <jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com> Sent: Monday, July 08, 2013 8:36 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] has anyone had trouble clicking some buttons and whatdid you do? > Are there simply some button types that absolutely can't be clicked? > Some > sites that require electronic signatures simply won't move my I agree > button; it just sits there no matter what I try to do.
