I had an issue like this a couple of weeks ago and I kept clickint the next
button but for Christ sake it never took me to the next page lol.
I've tried every suggestion below, accept for the different screen reader
option.  I will try that in six months when I have to revisit this website.

Yes, there are occasionally sites that don't respond to the normal button
click with Jaws.  I try the following in kind of this order if I can't
access the button with spacebar:

1.  Use forms list insert-f5 and find the button and hit enter.

2.  Try to left-click the button using mouse emulation from the Jaws review
screen.


3.  Try convenient OCR'ing the page and if you hear the OCR voice read
something that sounds like the button you want, left-click that.

4.  Try a different screen-reader i.e. NVDA, Window-eyes demo, System Access

virtual mouse.  Sometimes another screen-reader will read a control that
Jaws can't and vice versa.
