Brian

How is Outlook 2013 working out for you?

I assume you are running latest JAWS 14.

I'm running latest JAWS 14 and Outlook 2010 but I have Outlook 2013 ready to
install.

I can of course just go ahead and install Outlook 2013 and then rollback to
Outlook 2010 if needed.
But I would like to hear your insight about this matter.

Thanks

Hello Miriam,

Use Alt+F to bring up the File menu, use Alt+T to bring up the options,
press A to move to the Advance tab and tab across the controls in that page
of the dialog. There should be a checkbox for prompting when permanently
deleting items. Use spacebar to check it if it is not checked. Tab to OK
and use spacebar. I am using outlook 2013 but I am quite sure the checkbox
is in the Advance page of options in Outlook 2010.

Take care.

I accidentally turned off the announcement that a message is eing deleted in
Outlook 2010 and the question asking if you want to permanently delete the
message. Can you please tell me how to turn it on? This had to do with a
windows error. I have Jaws 14 on a Win7 computer.

Miriam
