Hit enter on that and open network and sharing center. Then look for manage wireless connections. You will need the SSID of your router, it will show in the list. Hit enter on it and then put in the wep key, and hit enter on that. Now it should connect. Don't matter type of computer just the op, because its the same for xp and up just worded different.
