Yes, I was wondering how to turn off the application mode. But when I did it I still had trouble trying to read the emails. The mobile site works better. Judy & Tallie

Others on this list have also said they are having trouble, so it's not just me. My problem with all this is that I am an average computer user, and many of you on this list are much more technically savvy than I will ever be. I do not want to have to jump through seventeen hoops, stand on my head and do whatever else just to read my emaiol. Sighted people don't have to go through all these changes to do so.
