Hi Leonard,

Did they check the cooling & processor fans to make sure they are working 
properly?  As far as the PC Clener program, personally I don't like programs 
that tell you have X amount of errors but, won't clean them unless you 
purchase something.  Have you tried CCleaner?  It's free & works well.

I initially thought that because my PC was getting warm or even a little
hot I took it to the PC store and had them clean it but the problem of
sluggishness still remains.
