It appears legit, but you're not supposed to have any other programs running
when you run combofix.

Another option might be RKill which is made by BleepingComputer.com.  It
closes known malware processes, which then allows you to try to clean your
computer with your normal antimalware and antivirus solutions.  RKill
doesn't delete the program, so immediately after you run it, you  need to
try to clean your computer; if you re-boot the process will start running
again if the malware hasn't been removed.
