I don't know what site you were on. On the RS games the f3 through f6
lower sound volume, but you may know that already.
Also you can set Internet volume via speaker volume on system tray.
There's nothing more annoying than a loud volume that you can't turn
down because you can't hear JAWS to lower it.

keystroke, Alt, Control, + Delete, will also open the task manager. I

have access to my Win7 computer at the moment to check this keystroke on
