Hi Marilyn, To check what version of Internet Explorer you are running, open Internet Explorer, press, Insert / Jaws key, control, + V. This keystroke will tell you what version of the currently program is. Or, with IE open press, Alt + H, for help & the letter, A, for about & you should be able to arrow up / down through this dialogue box to find which version of IE you're running. HTH
