Hi In Outlook 2010, to sort the messages in a folder, go to the view tab of the ribbon while you're on the list of messages in that folder. If you're using JAWS virtual menus, arrow down to the arrangement submenu. Press right arrow to get to arrange by and then press enter to open. Arrow up or down to the choice you want and press enter. If you're not using JAWS virtual menus, tab from the view tab until you hear something like arrangement arrange by and press enter. Then arrow up or down to find the item you want and press enter.

Also, I take it that when you reply to someone, they aren't automatically entered into your address book anymore as they were in outlook express with xp. If this is indeed the case, how do you enter addresses and names and make sure they're right in your address book. It seems to have many of them in my suggested contacts but not in address book where email contacts should go, and I don't know how to put them there. Also, how would this work when copying addresses in by hand without replying to them such as getting them off my old xp computer?
