The Focus 14 Blue refreshable braille display, which has the added bonus
of being an FS product, works with both computer and iPhone, USB and/or
Bluetooth. it is just a little (an inch or two) wider than the iPhone
5S.

Hi Jaws people, Do any of you know of a really small Braille display
that is Jaws compatible and iPhone friendly and connects either by USB
or Bluetooth? I am looking for just the display and not one that is
part of a device that has any of its own computability.
Hopefully, this would be able to work with either or both my Windows 7
computer using Jaws 15 as well as my iPhone 5.
