You can press shift, control and the letter s to bring up a list of your worksheets. Then click on the one you want. You can also specify how many pages you want in your workbook by adding or deleting them. You can also name your pages and change their order. If you don't use spreadsheets a lot, you probably won't need to do much of the above.
