[JAWS-Users] Battery Not Charging

   I have an HP laptop and the battery is not being charged anymore.  When 
I
press insert f11 it shows battery is pluggen in but not charging, anyone any
ideas if I can resolve this or is it probably a battery or laptop component
failure?
