If you have quick keys on, jawsKey+z will toggle the quick key setting.  Then 
you can navigate as on a web page.

hey,
to add headings press control shif s and change your stile to heading 1. 
then type your text you want, and press control shift s again and select 
paragraph. you have to press control shift s every time you want to incert a 
heading into your document.
