I haven't been following this thread, but doesn't a msg pop up asking if you are sure you want to delete something? It's good practice to allow WM to compress your files for you when prompted. It makes me think of a trash compacter, pressing and pressing mail flatter and flatter, haha
Did you call MS about computer related issues, that accessible number?
