[JAWS-Users] excel 2013 spread sheet uniformity

I created a simple excel 2013 spread sheet. However, I'm not sure if it 
looks uniform to the eye although hearing it with Jaws it sounds decent. 
I'm using excel 2013, windows 7, and jaws v16 latest update. Is there a 
combination of keysstrokes I can perform that would format coluns, rows, 
and cells so the document looks uniform vissually?
