Formatting Columns

1. Press CTRL+SPACEBAR to select the first column that you want highlighted

2. Press the left or right arrow keys until you select all the columns you

6. Enter the width you want to set the columns to and press ENTER

Formatting rows

3. After making your selections, tab until you hear OK and press ENTER
