I'm using Jaws 16, Windows 7 and Outlook 2010. I have incoming messages sorted into folders based on the subject. When I delete messages from one of those folders, Jaws 16 indicates that there is one message remaining. But if I exit the folder and then return, the message is gone.
Is there a setting I need to change which will correct that problem. This happens all of the time on all of my e-mail folders. Any help or suggestions would be welcome.
