Hi

In JAWS 14 and 15, when I would delete all of the messages in a folder at
once, JAWS would speak the sender and subject of one of the messages that
was no longer there. Instead of leaving and returning to the folder, I
would press JAWSkey+pagedown which will speak the number of items in the
folder and if there are any, how many are unread. But I am not sure if I've
seen this behavior in JAWS 16.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] JAWS 16, STRANGE E-MAIL ISSUE

I'm using Jaws 16, Windows 7 and Outlook 2010.

I have incoming messages sorted into folders based on the subject. When I
delete messages from one of those folders, Jaws 16 indicates that there is
one message remaining. But if I exit the folder and then return, the
message is gone.

Is there a setting I need to change which will correct that problem.

This happens all of the time on all of my e-mail folders.

Any help or suggestions would be welcome.
