Hi Hans, That's okay, no problem, just didn't want anyone to get anymore confused than we already are. (smile) I learned something as well, wasn't aware of the steps you gave. That's why we are all here!

I am sorry for my wrong adwise, but i am using Windows on another language than english, so i thought that the Windows-key+u was a shortcut to what i called User Account control, and not the right adwise "Ease Access center". So i have learned a bit more to day. Just wanted to make sure that everyone was on the same page, as far as the terminology. >From what I saw while in that dialogue, the last checkbox is for the latest version of Jaws installed on my machine. That does take you to the ease of access center, and tab a few times to get to the working without a display button/link. Is this the version of Windows we are talking about? I didn't see it mentioned earlier in the thread. The Java Access Bridge is included in the Java installation, but you must activate it manually. Go to the User Account control, windows-key+u and use the button "Use the computer without a screen", and check the last checkbox before the ok button, and press ok. Close the UAC window, and probably you must restart your computer before it work's. That said, is Access Bridge under the services part of Windows? I have an old Access Bridge installation file. Should I just install that and update from there, or instead find the current release of that installation program?
