Hi, In Word 2013 I press control+o to open a document. What comes up for me is what Jaws announces is "backstage view". When I start tabbing around it I find options to open unsaved files, recent documents (which end up being a mighty long list as I try to tab through it) and some other stuff. Sometimes I find a button labeled "browse" and can proceed to a list of folders in My Documents.
