Jim: I found the options you suggest, but when I hit enter on next page, nothing happens.
Jaws seems like it is stuck on the first page, and simply won't advance. Scroll down to Page navigation. Right arrow to the submenu and choose what you want. Control Shift N navigates you to a specific page you want.
