It is usable somewhat but certainly not as easy as 11. Why they took so much accessibility out of it is what I do not understand. I'd much rather work where I have a real keyboard to type on where a touch on the screen does not send you off to nowhere land sometimes no matter how careful you are but have to admit since 12, I have used my phone more, but the iPad mini, it is just too sensitive, even with the setting changed to slow it down, I think I can blow on it and it will go bouncing around.
