Oh right, not quite sure how to get this to work, I will give it another go.
I find this rule screen quite confusing.

Hi

After you  specify the email you want and  that you want to forward it, you 
need to go to the bottom of the page and select the email address you want to 
forward it to.

Hi friends,

I have an email in my inbox and I want to create a rule to forward it to 
another email account.
I right click the message and go through the rule wizard but it keeps saying 
that a value in the rule description box has not been set after I have selected 
who the message is from and that I want to forward it, does anyone have any 
ideas what I may be doing wrong please?
