Hi

While you're in the list of messages in a folder, press shift+f6 to move to
the navigation pane. JAWS should say mail folders tree view. If it says
something else, you're navigation pane is turned off. To turn on the
navigation pane, open view in the ribbons, navigate to layout and then the
navigation pane drop down. The first item says normal. Press enter to make
in checked. Close the ribbons and navigate to the navigation pane using f6
or shift+f6. Arrow down to inbox and press right arrow to open it. Then
arrow down to the folder you want to delete. Now press the applications key
and arrow down to delete and press enter. If it asks you if you're sure,
choose yes.

David, can you please direct me to be able to delete a sub folder in my In
Box of Outlook 2010? It does not happen so easily.
I use Win 7, Jaws 16 and Outlook 2010.
Thank you.

Hi,

Can someone remind me how to createand delete a folder with the keyboard in
Outlook 2010 please?
Right clicking the folder or using the Windows key doesn't seem to do
anything.

Many thanks in anticipation,
