Had a pull-down box that worked whenever I had a colleague present, and seldom did when she wasn't around. Turns out I was forgetting to maximize the darn thing.

Driving me crazy, only wish I had a sighted computer savvy person available, most of my family are proud that they don't know anything about computers if they are around at all.
