Has anyone else tried this? What exactly is the difference between screen layout and virtual? Is that something that can be switched to quickly with JAWS without installing Magic? I'm not real keen on installing lots of extra programs on the computer unless totally necessary. Thanks for feedback on this

Set it up so it never runs unless you launch it and set it up for magnification level 1.x and save that setting. Now, when you want to show something to somebody sighted, launch MAGic and run it together with JAWS. Note that the screen representation when MAGic is running will always be screen layout rather than virtual so lines will be shorter on the web and links will be in the lines. My sighted husband gets so frustrated that he eventually will just grab the mouse and do whatever the task is for me. But this doesn't help me in the longrun.
