Hi Kevin, To get to the Quarantine folder for Vipre 2014 requires you to unhide all folders & system folders. This is the file path:
C:\Users\All Users\VIPRE\Quarantine Open the root of your C drive, open Users, open All Users, navigate to the Vipre folder &open, then you'll find the Quarantine folder using 1st letter navigation or, just arrow down. Then tab down a couple of times to the Advanced Settings tab. It should have a button that reads Manage quarantine, so press enter on this button. Then simply follow the steps through to select the active action as delete, then tab down to the "Perform Selected Action" button and press enter on this. The selected items in your quarantine should now be deleted. You can follow the same steps to verify that they actually were.
