Hi Kevin,

To get to the Quarantine folder for Vipre 2014 requires you to unhide all
folders & system folders. This is the file path:

C:\Users\All Users\VIPRE\Quarantine

Open the root of your C drive, open Users, open All Users, navigate to the
Vipre folder &open, then you'll find the Quarantine folder using 1st letter
navigation or, just arrow down. HTH Take care.

Hi Kevin,
If you want to manually delete items from the Vipre quarantine, start by
pressing enter to select the manage tab in the program. Then tab down a
couple of times to the Advanced Settings tab. It should have a button that
reads Manage quarantine, so press enter on this button. Then simply follow
the steps through to select the active action as delete, then tab down to
the "Perform Selected Action" button and press enter on this. The selected
items in your quarantine should now be deleted. You can follow the same
steps to verify that they actually were.

is I’m using windows 7 if that makes any difference. recently when I did a
scan vipre quarantined some threats but could not delete them from my
