Yes, I will add some funding to that reward, as well. Exactly the type of 
symptoms that occur on my machine almost daily when browsing web sites. I 
usually launch NVDA, launch Windows Task Manager, go to the processes page, and 
kill the JFW.EXE process to get back to work quickly. But even NVDA is slow to 
start when things are in Valium mode.

How about when the error brings everything to a halt, and the highlight 
moves slowly and randomly from program to program.  You're told no window is 
active.  If you can get me out of that one quickly and with minimal damage,

Another little trick to get things going is to press the insert 10 for list 
of active programs and enter on IE and all should work again.
