In old Outlook Express that is in Tools, then Options, Detail Tab.

Am using a pop3 with Outlook 2010. How do you adjust how often the e-mails
are downloaded? I know there is suppose to be a location where this can be
adjusted to a certain interval, such as every 15 minutes or whatever.
