I've got the business version and it's accessible enough for me. More or less the same as all the other DropBox/GoogleDrive alternatives out there. The folder shows up in the Windows explorer structure and the few times I've used it online, I've been able to get done what I've needed to do. I use it more on iOS, but even then, it's fine with Voiceover.
