Work Time Monitor By rob.schifreen http://www.techsupportalert.com/content/keep-track-how-much-time-you-spend-your-pc.htm
Work Time Monitor is a free utility for Windows which keeps a simple text-based log file of when you're active on your PC. It's a simple way to find out how long you spend working at your computer. I first wrote about this program a couple of years ago, but it's been through some revisions since then so it's worth another mention. You'll find the download at http://rovice.com/wtmon/ and it's less than 0.5 MB to download. It runs on all recent versions of Windows. The program is malware-free according to VirusTotal and Web of Trust. There are some more details at http://rovice.com/wtmon/guide.html if you want further information about the program. Once installed, the utility will add a small icon to your system tray. To view the activity log, just move to the desktop and hit enter or click on the icon. However, note that the log is updated daily so you won't get any results until the day after you install the software.
