the caps lock key on all keyboards.
For example, when using narrator you will have jaws 16 turned off, just use the caps lock with other keys to navigate windows 10. Again, turn on narrator with windows key+enter, turn off with caps lock key+escape key.
I think you will like the voice very much, let me know what you think.
And no, this does not work on windows 7, to answer another person on the list.
I hope this helps, have fun playing...

Jim,

When you say caps locks, are you alluding to using a laptop layout or standard keyboard?

Best,
Al

Press windows key+enter, to start narrator.
You will hear a very nice male voice.
ALT+tab to the narrator settings window.
tab across to the various buttons.
A settings button allows you to change the voice, it’s speed, it’s pitch, and it’s volume.
Pressing caps lock+escape, will quit narrator.
Pressing caps lock+f1, will bring up a list of 76 shortcut keys for narrator using mainly the caps lock key in combo with other keys.
I just spent one hour playing with it, fabulous, very understandable.

A Ballast for My Soul

Life is like a stormy sea
That tosses to and fro,
But God's Word will ever be
A ballast for my soul.

By its truth I'll be held fast
Till I reach heaven's shore
Where I will be home at last
And sail life's sea no more!
