Hi Kimsan, Apparently when upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 10 reinstalling Jaws is not necessary. Here's the steps from Freedom Scientific: Updating from Windows 8.1 list of 3 items 1. Install JAWS 16.0.4350 or higher, or MAGic 13.0.1119 or higher. 2. Download and run the utility tool to help remove older versions of JAWS and MAGic. 3. I used my KNFB reader ap to check the progress; however, the only time I needed visual assistance was at this window that stated express settings and once next was clicked, narorator began telling me it was getting my comp ready and aps were being loaded etc. My jaws began talking which is where I'm confused, because I read that we must reinstall jaws but all is working so should I reinstall jaws?
