Shane and list, like Shane the research it function for amazon works on my Sony windows vista 32 bit laptop using Jaws V16.04350 but as I noted on my original post, on my newer windows 7 Toshiba 64 bit laptop also running the Jaws V16.4350 the research it function for amazon does not work. I know most of you do not have this problem from the posts on the subject but I will advise Jaws support that two of us are having the same issue after upgrading to the latest jaws version. John
