The way I figured out what was going on is what comes up when bringing up the amazon site. If you go to www.amazon.com, which site comes up? Is it the full site or is it the site designed for screen readers? If it's the one for screen readers, then research it won't work. If it's the full site, it should work. When I first had this problem, I mentioned that on one machine it worked fine, while on the other it didn't. Figures since on the desktop, I haven't logged into my amazon account.
