If, you are running windows 10 and have to type a password to open your PC
As you tab to find the password edit,
When you tab to the network status,
You will hear your network name and wifi status , 3 of 5 bars mine read.

Just tried it on my win10 running the 17 public beta and up and down
arrow moves from network to network fine just like in win7.
