Hello. I am currently using Jaws 17 and Office 2016 on an HP computer running windows 10. When it comes to reading my mail in Outlook, sometimes my mail will read just fine, and other times, Jaws will just say "blank." This has been happening since Tuesday. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
