I have a tutorial I did on Chrome if you want it. To set chrome to open on a certain home page, press alt and the Google menu will come up. Now, up arrow to settings and press enter. A web page will open up with many settings you can adjust. Arrow down to start up and make sure that the third radio button is checked to open with a certain page. Now, there will be an edit field right below that to enter the address you would like to have opened every time. I have Google in there, but you can put any URL.
