Janie, this is quite funny. I tried your suggestion and it did not work. I
accidently did a back tab twice and I was on a button to activate the
fields. After over an hour of looking through tools and options etc. it was
this easy.
Anyway really appreciate your help.

and then use
alt b
it is a toggle so it either adds/removes the fields
