I am using WLM latest version which is 2012. I did the alt+b and the CC and BCC field both came up on a new email. I did it again and they both went off. I have a little vision and use Jaws and I can say that this key stroke does work on my pc. You might want to check it again. I did it a number of times and it worked every time. Ed
