Hi,
It is called this PC, and here is how you get it on your desktop. First, press windows key + I to bring up settings. Right arrow over to personalize and press enter and down arrow to themes. Press enter on themes and tab to desktop icons and press enter on that link. Next, make sure that the check box is checked right before you tab to this PC. When you tab to this PC, press enter and close settings. This PC should then be on your desktop. Have a great one.
