Hi, Actually goes to the password edit box first if you have one, Then, the desktop, If, you tab a couple times you should run into the recycle bin.
The answer is yes, I have not heard of the other stuff you posted, It's been straight to the desktop from day one. Maybe you mean windows +I for settings?
