Hi Zoe, If you're in Word or Outlook try opening Jaws quick settings with the keystroke, Insert / Jaws key + V, arrow down to, Top & Bottom Edge, press the spacebar so Jaws reports, Silent, tab to the Okay button, & press enter. Since Jaws is Jaws no matter which operating system, can't the, Top & Bottom Edge, sound option be turned On / Off in Jaws' Quick Settings, Insert / Jaws key + V, under the General heading?
