Hi everyone, when new email arrives in outlook 2013 I here a sound definitely, the problem is it's the same sound that I here when I'm arrowing up and down in my inbox and there are no messages. I also here the same sound in a word document when there is no text and I arrow up and down. In windows 10 how can I change the incoming email sound? Regards Zoe
