Am very familiar with the copy format and paste format of word. But
applying or pasting format to each text could be tedious, especially
when working on a very large document. Imagine if we can just select
text from different parts of the documents without the worry of
unselecting the rest of the text previously selected, all we have to
do is to paste the format at ones.
