You're right, of course, it's an edit field. Thanks.

Hi Adrian,

I can't address your repair problems, but the only place I can find to adjust
Cap / upper case letters is in, Jaws Options / Voices / Voice adjust / All
Contexts, & I'm using Eloquence. Is this where you are talking about?
If so this is a edit field, so backspace out the number, 25, & type in the
number you want, tab to, Okay, press enter to save & close. Note: When you put
in a number, a lower number will give less / lower pitch, & a higher number
will give you more / higher pitch.
Take care.

Yes, my latest three repair attempts have stalled at dotnet.framework, just as
the installation reaches the 80% mark. One time, I was actually told the
installer couldn't be installed (kind of ironic, but that's what it said).
Later, I tried to download dotnet.framework independently, but it failed when
it discovered an existing copy on my system.

The repair solved some problems, but I think it's created others. For example,
in the JAWS options/basics dialog, I can't get the caps letter pitch to move
off the 25% mark.

I plan to call FS on Monday, unless someone here has a solution.

Hi Petras,

What version & build of Jaws are you needing to repair? 32 or 64 bit?
Also, what package error message are you getting? I've been getting this error
message when trying to install J17 latest:

Installer Information
The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package.
This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2755.
OK

Take care.

Hello, I did a system restore, because I made a major change to my jaws
settings and the capslock key wouldn't work. I finally restored it and
Everything went well until I tried to update jaws. I keep getting a setup
packagage errror and I need to repair the installation which I don't have the
installation fl.
How do I do it properly without loosing the authorization key?
