Mike, The potential problem with such a setting would be that many headings and other text would also be spelled out. The only setting that comes to mind is in the JAWS settings center that enables reading uppercase letters when JAWS reads by line, word or character. The default is caps announced only when reading by character. If you want to change that default, go to the settings center with (as you know) JAWS key+6 on the number row above the letter, then type "capitalization" into the edit field. In the results that appear below, only one option is displayed. Press spacebar to cycle through the options. Tab to and click on apply and okay.
