John, Thanks for the Narrorator reminder. I figured out that the sound I was getting was something wanting to make a change to my system. Once I got past that, I checked volume controls. While doing that, Jaws started back to talking. The Jaws volume was not muted and was set at 55%. I had rebooted several times Go Figure! I think I have a gremlin messing with me. Lol! Thanks again for the help! It was greatly appreciated!

Sounds like that is the problem or it could be the volume control for jaws is down to lowest setting. A couple of page up commands on the Jaws volume control should be tried. At least you have narrator to help you get into volume controls. After those two fixes, will have to "noodle" the problem a little more.
