You won't be able to install 11 on that computer unless you upgrade to Windows 8 or 8.1, or even 10. I believe this is true, as I have never seen Internet Explorer 11 installed on any computer lower than Windows 8.1 or 10, but since it's been so long since I've dealt with Windows 8.1, take what I say with a grain of salt.
